Welcome

I imagine most of us would be able to sympathize with the Princess' initial reaction of repulsion and withdrawal.

When we are faced with situations, people, conflicts, body symptoms or feelings that disturb or trouble us, the first tendency is usually to see these as something to overcome or push away.

In the process however, life starts feeling flat and meaningless. We lose touch with our innate sense of aliveness, power and purpose.

As was the case with the frog, the most valuable treasures are often invisible and hidden in places where we least expect them.

For leadership teams, surfacing and processing these underlying dynamics and polarities, gives a renewed sense of creativity, connectedness, resilience and productivity.

For relationships, it means connecting to the deeper levels and forces that draw us together, enabling us to move through conflict with greater awareness and opening us up to new dimensions of relating.

On a personal level, it means connecting to our individual, unique path; to the greater story behind our life that patterns and directs our experiences, leading to a sense of purpose, aliveness and being in touch with all of who we are.
